Acknowledgement

In applying for this permit, I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understand Sections 9-126 through 9-131 of the Beatrice City Code, and that I will comply with the contents therein. In addition to this ordinance, the following requirements will be met:

A. Permit will be posted and visible to the public at all times.

B. No Smoking signs will be posted, and smoking will be prohibited within five feet (5') of the business.

C. Stands shall not be erected or pyrotechnics sold on any public sidewalk.

D. Fee must be paid before issuance of permit. Fee before June 1st is $200.00. Fee after June 1st is $400.00
